The IKEA Samla insert is a very practical and inexpensive tray insert that has a major design flaw. If you put more than a couple of pounds worth of stuff in it it will fold up and sink down into the box it is inserted in. Not a good thing for something that more or less begs to be used as a toolbox. I made a wedge that takes the load and prevents the tray insert from crumbling. You can print it on very low infill settings since the shape is structurally very stable. I used 15% infill. 10% would have been more than enough. I used some double sided tape to secure it in place. A single screw from the inside of the insert wall would also have worked well.
