    This OpenSCAD script prints a A 2-part, case for Brian's Physiological Health Board Note: you will need the mouse_ears_test.scad file in the same folder as this file for the mouse ears to compile properly you will need the rounded_cuboid_2_6.scad file in the same folder as this file for the object to compile properly Current Version: 2.5 Date: 2012-04-27 Changes from previous versions: v2.5 - added supports on top to hold PCB in place when closed - fixed cutouts on top - gave option to placedevice into top half in side by side view - added west cutout2 (uSD) on top half v2.4 - make entire case 8mm longer to take account of battery cable - added extra corner supports - fixed cutouts and added ability to choose wall thickness at cutouts v2.3 - fixed a few brackets and conditions so that the bottom's mouse ears and the 2 cubes for the edge of the PCB no longer appear when you set use_bottom=0 v2.2 - added 2012_03_15-Physiological_Health_Board-v0.1.scad as include option - changed include option for internal .dxf based device to include ECG connector - added bottom_top_int_h_ratio option to control height of top/bottom half - increase internal tolerance from 0.45 to 1.5 v2.1 - changed some dimensions? v2.0 - rewrite of brians autocad generated case to be easier to make v1.1 - changed some sizes v1.0 - Original non-parametric autocad version
