This android application can view the STL files. I'm the beginner for OpenGL programming, it's not comfortable to view the model. If you have any idea for improving this application, comment to this article please. Known problem: It doesn't work with some complex STL file. Maybe out of memory error. Updated 2013 Feb. 6: Now, I published this project as open source. The source code is available at github repository. https://github.com/kshoji/STLViewer
