This is a small vice to fasten things on your desktop. It has been created fully parametric in a trial version of Alibre Design Xpress. (See the thread\\\"cheap cad offer\\\" in the RepRap-forum. http://dev.forums.reprap.org/read.php?80,27084) Possible improvements: * add slits to use as a Miter saw (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miter_saw) for 90° +45° and -45° Challenges: (Details: http://www.bitsfrombytes.com/wiki/index.php?title=User:MarcusWolschon/Challenges ) The first one to create a printable version of these and does not have a printer, gets either * a printed copy of his design or * 10 of the smaller mendle parts or * 2 of the larger ones so here are the challenges: * create an XY-coordinate table (http://dev.forums.reprap.org/read.php?88%2C35334) you can start with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1831 * create a column-drill stand for it compatible with RepMan,Mendel or Makerbot-toolheads or Dremel/Dremel flex shaft
