I have the need to mount a tool on a base that can be freely swung between two 'arms'. This is a sibling of the tri-tool base: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5874 It integrates the axle holders which will accept something that is 5/16" in diameter (fully configurable in the OpenScad).
