This is a model of influenza neuraminidase, an enzyme that enables the virus to escape from the host cell after reproducing. Neuraminidases cleave sialic acid groups from glycoproteins on human cell surface. The model includes zanamivir (Relenza) a neuraminidase inhibitor that limits the severity and spread of viral infections: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viral_neuraminidase The STL files contain surface representations of the protein and inhibitor. Four copies of each are needed. Based on PDB entry 1NNC: http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore.do?structureId=1nnc STL files created using VMD: http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/
